Additional fee collected by secretary of state--expiration date.

400.9-118. The secretary of state may collect an additional fee offive dollars on each and every fee paid to the secretary of state asrequired in chapter 400.9. All fees collected as provided in this sectionshall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the secretary ofstate's technology trust fund account. The provisions of this sectionshall expire on December 31, 2009.
