Federal acts, effect of.

402.142. As authorized in 15 U.S.C. 7002, as amended, sections402.130 to 402.148 modify, limit, or supersede* the federal ElectronicSignatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 7001, etseq., but do not modify, limit, or supersede 15 U.S.C. Section 7001(a), orauthorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in 15 U.S.C.Section 7003(b).
