Liability of trustees, limitations on.

402.220. No trustee, cotrustee or successor cotrusteeserving pursuant to the provisions of sections 402.200 to 402.220shall at any time be held liable for any mistake of law or fact,or of both law and fact, or errors of judgment, nor for any losssustained by the trust estate or by any beneficiary under theprovisions of sections 402.200 to 402.220, or by any otherperson, except through actual fraud or willful misconduct on thepart of such trustee, cotrustee or successor cotrustee.
