Sections 402.200 to 402.220 effective September 29, 1989.

402.225. The provisions of sections 402.200 to 402.220 shallbe effective upon a determination by the department of mentalhealth and notification to the revisor of statutes that there hasbeen federal legislative or administrative assurance thatparticipation in the trust as established herein will notjeopardize a beneficiary's eligibility for public assistance andwill not reduce the payment of covered services for which thebeneficiary is eligible, and not otherwise.
