Registration in name of fiduciary.

403.260. A corporation or transfer agent registering asecurity in the name of a person who is a fiduciary or who isdescribed as a fiduciary is not bound to inquire into theexistence, extent, or correct description of the fiduciaryrelationship, and thereafter the corporation and its transferagent may assume without inquiry that the newly registered ownercontinues to be the fiduciary until the corporation or transferagent receives written notice that the fiduciary is no longeracting as such with respect to the particular security.
