Effect on prior existing custodianship.

404.077. Any transfer of property to a custodian, ordesignation of a custodian for property to be transferred in thefuture as now permitted in sections 404.005 to 404.094,purporting to have been made before September 28, 1985, isvalidated notwithstanding that there was no specific authorityin the Missouri uniform gifts to minors law for the transfer ofproperty of that kind or for a transfer from that source or inthat manner at the time the transfer was made.
