Uniformity of application and construction--not to be exclusivemethod of transferring property to a minor.

404.081. 1. Sections 404.005 to 404.094 shall be appliedand construed to effectuate their general purpose to makeuniform the law with respect to the subject of sections 404.005to 404.094 among states enacting a similar law.

2. Sections 404.005 to 404.094 shall not be construed asproviding an exclusive method of transferring property to aminor.
