Acceptance of additional property by custodian, court approvalrequired, court's powers.

404.500. When a personal custodianship has been establishedfor a beneficiary, the court may authorize the personal custodianto accept and receive into the personal custodianship anyadditional property that belongs to a beneficiary who is or hasbecome incapacitated, with or without bond and with or withoutcourt supervision, upon such terms and conditions as the courtmay require.
