Petition to extend return date, when and where filed.

407.070. At any time before the return date specified in acivil investigative demand issued under section 407.040, orwithin twenty days after the civil investigative demand has beenserved, whichever period is shorter, a petition to extend thereturn date for, or to modify or set aside the civilinvestigative demand, stating good cause, may be filed in thecircuit court of the county where the parties reside or in thecircuit court of Cole County.
