Long-arm jurisdiction, motorcycle and all-terrain vehicle (ATV)businesses.

407.1028. Any person who is engaged or engages directly or indirectly inpurposeful contacts within the state of Missouri in connection with theoffering, advertising, purchasing, selling, or contracting to purchase or tosell new motorcycles or all-terrain vehicles, or who, being a motorcycle orall-terrain vehicle franchisor, is transacting or transacts any business witha motorcycle or all-terrain vehicle franchisee who maintains a place ofbusiness within the state and with whom the person has a franchise, shall besubject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Missouri, uponservice of process in accordance with the provisions of section 506.510, RSMo,irrespective of whether such person is a manufacturer, importer, distributoror dealer in new motorcycles or all-terrain vehicles.
