Location of dealerships in City of St. Louis.

407.1037. When a franchised dealer or manufacturer proposes toestablish or relocate a motorcycle or all-terrain vehicle dealership withinany city not within a county, the dealer or manufacturer shall makereasonable efforts to establish or relocate such dealership in an areawithin such city that improves the equitable distribution of dealershipswithin such city and is conveniently located to serve minorities who residein such city.
