Required disclosures for entities soliciting contributions.

407.1090. When any entity is paid for soliciting contributions viatelephone calls, and the pay is based on contributions received as a resultof the phone call, the entity making the calls must disclose immediately toall called parties the net percentage of contributions that go to theorganization for which the contribution is solicited.
