Telephone solicitation of member on no-call list prohibited.

407.1098. 1. No person or entity shall make or cause to be made anytelephone solicitation to the telephone line of any residential subscriberin this state who has given notice to the attorney general, in accordancewith rules promulgated pursuant to section 407.1101 of such subscriber'sobjection to receiving telephone solicitations.

2. This section shall take effect on July 1, 2001.
