Caller identification service, telephone solicitor not to interferewith subscriber's use of service.

407.1104. 1. Any person or entity who makes a telephone solicitationto the telephone line of any residential subscriber in this state shall, atthe beginning of such call, state clearly the identity of the person orentity initiating the call.

2. No person or entity who makes a telephone solicitation to thetelephone line of a residential subscriber in this state shall knowinglyuse any method to block or otherwise circumvent such subscriber's use of acaller identification service.
