Holder of contract or note subject to claims and defenses, notice.

407.335. All health spa contracts and any promissory note executed bythe buyer in connection therewith shall contain the following provision on theface thereof in at least 10-point, boldface type:

NOTICE

ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONTRACT OR NOTE IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSESWHICH THE DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINEDWITH THE PROCEEDS HEREOF. RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOT EXCEEDAMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR HEREUNDER.
