Assignment of contract, buyer's rights.

407.337. Whether or not the health spa has complied with thenotice requirements of section 407.335, any right of action ordefense arising out of a health spa contract which the buyer hasagainst the health spa, and which would be cut off by assignment,shall not be cut off by assignment of the contract to any thirdparty holder, whether or not the holder acquires the contract ingood faith and for value.
