Blind bidding of motion pictures prohibited, when--distributorsrequired to give notice of trade screening.

407.353. 1. Blind bidding of more than two motion picturesin any twelve-month period in the state of Missouri by theaggregate of all distributors, or their subsidiary distributorsor related companies, not previously exhibited within this stateis hereby prohibited within this state. No bids shall bereturnable, no negotiations for the exhibition or licensing of amotion picture shall take place, and no license agreement or anyof its terms shall be agreed to for the exhibition of any motionpicture within this state before the motion picture has beentrade screened within this state.

2. Every distributor shall furnish to all exhibitors in thisstate reasonable and uniform notice of all trade screenings thatare held within this state of motion pictures that he isdistributing.
