407.415. In addition to other penalties and remedies provided insections 407.400 to 407.420, whenever it appears that any person is engaged oris about to engage in any act or practice which constitutes a pyramid salesscheme, the attorney general may bring an action in the circuit court havingvenue to enjoin such act or practice, and upon a proper showing, a temporaryrestraining order or a preliminary or permanent injunction shall be grantedwithout bond.
