Residents of contiguous states may purchase rifles and shotguns inMissouri, when.

407.505. Residents of a state contiguous to the state ofMissouri may purchase rifles and shotguns in the state ofMissouri, provided that such residents conform to the applicableprovisions of the Federal Gun Control Act of 1968, andregulations thereunder, as administered by the United StatesSecretary of the Treasury, and provided further that suchresidents conform to the provisions of law applicable to suchpurchase in the state of Missouri and in the state in which suchpersons reside.
