Prior convictions for odometer frauds, court may increase sentence,penalties.

407.544. Notwithstanding any provision of law to thecontrary, a court may enhance the sentence for any personconvicted of violating section 407.516, 407.521, 407.526,407.536, 407.542 or 407.543 who has a prior conviction for anyone of the aforegoing sections to a fine and to a time ofimprisonment within the department of corrections and humanresources for a term not to exceed that otherwise authorized bylaw for violation of a class D felony.
