Attorney general or prosecutor to handle actions for violations,exception.

407.553. Notwithstanding other provisions of law to thecontrary, the attorney general or the county prosecutingattorney shall have authority to file and prosecute any criminalor civil action authorized by sections 301.252 and 301.280,RSMo, and sections 407.511 to 407.556 except for the civilaction authorized by section 407.546.
