Consumer's right to other remedies--law to apply, when.
407.579. 1. Except as provided in subdivision (1) ofsection 407.560, nothing in sections 407.560 to 407.579 shall inany way limit the rights or remedies which are otherwiseavailable to a consumer at law or in equity.
2. Sections 407.560 to 407.579 shall apply to any new motorvehicle sold after January 1, 1985.
