Duration of contract, renewal, terms and limitations.

407.675. No contract shall be valid for a term longer thantwenty-four months from the date upon which the contract issigned. However, a club may allow a member to convert hiscontract into a contract for a period longer than twenty-fourmonths after the member has been a member of the club for aperiod of at least six months. The duration of the contractshall be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in the contract inboldface type of a minimum size of 14-points. No contract shallcontain an automatic renewal clause; provided, however, that suchan agreement may provide for the buyer to exercise a renewal.
