Law not applicable, when.

407.676. Sections 407.670 to 407.679 shall not apply to:

(1) Any buyers club in which the total consideration paid byeach buyer in any manner whatsoever for discount buying servicesdoes not exceed fifty dollars over the expected life of thecontract;

(2) Any buyers club in which persons receive discount buyerservices incidentally as part of a package of services providedto or available to such individual on account of his membershipin such organization, which is not organized for the profit ofany person or corporation or which does not have as one of itsprimary purposes or businesses the provisions of discount buyingservices; and

(3) Any buyers club which files with the office of theattorney general a declaration, executed under penalty of perjuryby the owner or manager of such club, stating that the club doesnot require, or in the ordinary course of business, receiveprepayment.
