Franchisor subject to jurisdiction of Missouri courts andadministrative agencies, when--service of process.

407.820. Any person who is engaged or engages directly or indirectlyin purposeful contacts within the state of Missouri in connection with theoffering, advertising, purchasing, selling, or contracting to purchase orto sell new motor vehicles, or who, being a motor vehicle franchisor, istransacting or transacts any business with a motor vehicle franchisee whomaintains a place of business within the state and with whom he or she hasa franchise, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts andadministrative agencies of the state of Missouri, upon service of processin accordance with the provisions of section 506.510, RSMo, irrespective ofwhether such person is a manufacturer, importer, distributor or dealer innew motor vehicles.
