Duty of franchisor and franchisee, distribution of dealerships inSt. Louis located to serve minorities.

407.827. When a franchised dealer or manufacturer proposes toestablish or relocate a motor vehicle dealership within any city not withina county, the dealer or manufacturer shall make reasonable efforts toestablish or relocate such dealership in an area within such city thatimproves the equitable distribution of dealerships within such city and isconveniently located to serve minorities who reside in such city.
