Reimbursement for warranty work performed by certain retail sellersof power equipment.

407.857. Retailers who sell and service industrial, maintenance andconstruction power equipment or outdoor power equipment as defined insection 407.850, and who do warranty repair work for a consumer underprovisions of a manufacturer's express warranty, shall be reimbursed by themanufacturer for the warranty work at an hourly rate that is the same orgreater than the hourly labor rate the retailer currently charges consumersfor nonwarranty repair work.
