Division of liquor control to enforce underage tobacco sales--annualreport submitted.

407.924. 1. The division of liquor control within the department ofpublic safety shall implement and enforce the provisions of sections407.925 to 407.934.

2. Beginning January 1, 2003, the division of liquor control shallsubmit an annual report to the general assembly on the effectiveness ofsections 407.925 to 407.934 in reducing tobacco possession by minors andthe enforcement activities by the division for violations of sections407.925 to 407.934.
