Resale or lease of returned device, full disclosure required.

407.963. No assistive device returned by a consumer or assistivedevice lessor in this state, or by a consumer or assistive device lessor inanother state under a similar law of that state, may be sold or leasedagain in this state unless full disclosure of the reasons for return ismade to any prospective buyer or lessee.
