Action for damages, attorney's fees and costs may be brought byconsumer.

407.967. In addition to pursuing any other remedy, a consumer maybring an action to recover for any damages caused by a violation ofsections 407.950 to 407.970. The court shall award a consumer who prevailsin such an action twice the amount of any pecuniary loss, together withcosts, disbursements and reasonable attorney fees, and any equitable reliefthat the court determines is appropriate.
