Certain loans exempt from sections 408.120 to 408.180, and 408.200.
408.190. Sections 408.120 to 408.180 and 408.200 shall not apply toany loan on which the rate or amount of interest and fees charged orreceived are lawful under Missouri law without regard to the ratespermitted in section 408.100 and the fees permitted in sections 408.140,408.145, and 408.178.
