Variable rate agreements subject to certain provisions.

408.455. All contracts or agreements originally subject to sections408.450 to 408.470, existing on August 28, 2003, shall remain subject tothe provisions of sections 408.140, 408.150, 408.160 and 408.550 to408.562, even if the contract or agreement is converted into another formof credit.
