Financial institutions to make other annual report, contents.

408.595. Not later than sixty days following the close ofeach fiscal year, every state financial institution which acceptssavings deposits shall certify to the appropriate divisiondirector the total savings deposits of the institution acceptedby the institution in the state of Missouri as of the close ofthe fiscal year, and the total amount of the institution'sinvestments in loans, other than loans originated in the state ofMissouri and in negotiable instruments other than loans.
