Government access to records, when--requirements.

408.677. Except as provided in section 408.690, nogovernment authority may have access to or obtain copies of theinformation contained in the financial records of any customerunless the financial records are reasonably described and:

(1) Such customer has authorized such disclosure inaccordance with section 408.682;

(2) Such financial records are disclosed in response to asubpoena which meets the requirements of section 408.683; or

(3) Such financial records are disclosed in response to awritten request which meets the requirements of section 408.683.
