Financial institution to assemble records upon subpoena--delivery ofrecords, when.

408.687. Upon receipt of a request for financial recordsmade by a government authority under section 408.683, thefinancial institution shall, unless otherwise provided by lawproceed to assemble the records requested and must be preparedto deliver the records to the government authority upon receiptof the notice required under subsection 2 of section 408.680.
