Statute of limitations, tolled when.

408.699. If any individual files a motion or applicationunder sections 408.655 and 408.675 to 408.700 which has theeffect of delaying the access of a government authority tofinancial records pertaining to such individual, any applicablestatute of limitations shall be deemed to be tolled for theperiod extending from the date such motion or application wasfiled until the date upon which the motion or application isdecided.
