Commissioner may promulgate rules, establish fees.

409.531. 1. Sections 409.500 to 409.566 shall beadministered by the commissioner of securities and employeesdesignated by him. The commissioner of securities is herebyempowered to promulgate, alter, amend or revoke rules andregulations necessary to carry out the purposes of sections409.500 to 409.566.

2. The commissioner of securities may establish fees for thefiling of any registration statement, not to exceed two thousandfive hundred dollars, to recover the costs of administeringsections 409.500 to 409.566. Such fees may vary according to themaximum consideration payable by the offeror for the securitieswhich are the subject of the takeover bid.
