Intent of law.

409.818. Sections 409.800 to 409.863 may be construed andimplemented to effectuate their general purpose to protectinvestors, to prevent and prosecute illegal and fraudulentschemes involving commodities and to maximize coordination withfederal and other states' law and the administration andenforcement thereof.
