Bond of director.

411.050. The director shall also execute a bond to thepeople of the state of Missouri in the penal sum of twentythousand dollars, with corporate surety to be approved in thesame manner as bonds of other appointed officers, conditionedthat he will pay all damages to any person or persons who may beinjured by reason of his neglect, refusal or failure to complywith the provisions of this chapter.
