Director not to deal in grain, exception.

411.061. The director shall not, directly or indirectly, beinterested in buying or selling grain, either on his own accountor for others or in handling or storing grain as a publicwarehouseman or on private account, during his term of office;except that, he may sell, handle or store any grain produced inhis own farming operation.
