Inspectors--qualifications.

411.100. No person shall be eligible to hold the office ofchief inspector or inspector unless he has passed theexaminations of the United States Secretary of Agriculturerequired for the issuing of a license to inspect and grade thosegrains designated by the director for which standards areprovided under the provisions of an act of Congress known as "TheUnited States Grain Standards Act".
