Warehouseman to act as registrar of receipts--records to be kept.

411.135. Every licensed warehouseman desiring to issueunregistered negotiable or nonnegotiable warehouse receipts shallact as registrar, or designate an employee to act as registrar,to be responsible for issuing warehouse receipts and keeping allrecords in a manner as provided by the director. Thewarehouseman's signature or that of his employee shall be affixedand kept on file with the director. The warehouse record shallclearly identify scale tickets, weight and grade certificates,used as a basis for issuance of each warehouse receipt. A copyof the scale tickets and the weight and grade certificates shallbe kept on file as a record in the warehouseman's office for aperiod of at least three years after the date of cancellation ofthe warehouse receipt.
