Reinspection.

411.200. Operators of public terminal elevators, may, withthe consent of the director, call a reinspection and weighing ofgrain in the elevator, and upon the surrender of outstandingwarehouse receipts in the discretion of the director, before orat the completion of said reinspection and weighing, same may becanceled and new warehouse receipts issued therefor, suchreinspection and weighing to be made under regulations prescribedby the director.
