Fee for license.

411.263. Every warehouseman's original application for apublic warehouse license must be accompanied by a fifty dollarapplication fee. Every applicant after approval shall pay anannual license fee based upon the capacity of the warehouse, orportion of the warehouse, the fee to be set by the director at arate not to exceed the schedule of license fees set forth insection 411.691. If two or more warehouses are to be operated asa single operating unit as authorized in section 411.255,separate filing fees and licensing fees are required for eachwarehouse.
