Schedule of charges to be filed, posted by warehouseman.

411.268. Before a license to conduct a warehouse is grantedunder this chapter, the warehouseman shall file with the directora copy of his schedule of charges for storage and other services.If the warehouseman desires to make any change in the schedule ofcharges during the license period, he shall file, with thedirector, a statement in writing showing the proposed charge.Each warehouseman shall keep conspicuously posted the filedschedule of charges for storage and other services rendered ineach operational office and these charges must be strictlyadhered to.
