Director may enjoin violations.

411.301. The director may enjoin a warehouseman fromviolating or continuing to violate the provisions of this chapterand the rules and regulations adopted by the director pursuant tothis chapter by filing injunction proceedings in the circuitcourt and in any such proceedings the circuit court, if it deemsit proper, may order the warehouseman to not receive any moregrain into such warehouse or to deliver any grain therefromexcept as the court by its order shall direct. The injunctionshall be prosecuted by the attorney general or the prosecutingattorney of the proper county upon request of the director.
