Transferor of receipt to endorse.

411.571. Where a negotiable receipt is transferred for valueby delivery, and the endorsement of the transferor is essentialfor negotiation, the transferee acquires a right against thetransferor to compel him to endorse the receipt unless a contraryintention appears. The negotiation shall take effect as of thetime when the endorsement is actually made.
