Issuance of receipt without indicating warehouseman'sownership--penalty.

411.631. Where there is deposited with or held by awarehouseman grain of which he is the owner, either solely orjointly, or in common with others, the warehouseman who knowingthis ownership issues or aids in issuing a negotiable receipt forthat grain which does not state such ownership is guilty of acrime, and upon conviction shall be punished for each offense byimprisonment by the department of corrections and human resourcesfor not less than two nor more than five years.
