Fraudulent deposit of grain and negotiation of receipt--penalty.

411.651. Any person who deposits grain to which he has nottitle, or upon which there is a lien or mortgage, and who takesfor the grain a negotiable receipt which he afterward negotiatedfor value with intent to defraud, or without disclosing his wantof title, or the existence of the lien or mortgage, is guilty ofa crime, and upon conviction shall be punished for each offenseby imprisonment by the department of corrections and humanresources not exceeding five years, or by a fine not exceedingfive thousand dollars, or both.
