Remedies provided are in addition to and not exclusive.

411.760. 1. Any remedy provided by this chapter shall notbe deemed to preclude any other remedy provided for by common lawor under any other statutes. Recovery by a depositor on thewarehouseman's bond shall not be his sole or exclusive remedy,and shall not bar a civil action against the warehouseman orsurety based upon rights or obligations under a storageagreement.

2. The grain warehouseman's bond shall be paid only to thosedepositors who are deemed to have a right of recovery againstsuch bond as set forth under the provisions of this chapter.
